The employees of Catalonia Hotels & Resorts of the Riviera Maya, recognize their company as one of “The best companies to work in Mexico 2017”.
The ceremony organized by Great Place to Work® México to inform of the 100 best companies to work at, was held this Thursday, April 20 of the current year in Mexico City.
Our managers went to the meeting to know the result of the annual Ranking that has placed us in the Top Ten of the best companies to work in Mexico.
During the ranking, Michael Ferrari, general manager of Great Place to Work® Mexico, mentioned that: “7 out of 10 employees at least have said that they work in a great place to work … Let us remember that an excellent place of work is not the one that gives more benefits and better salaries, but one that constitutes quality relationships based on trust, transparency, pride and fellowship”.
In this 2017 we have ranked # 8, placing us above important companies in Mexico and as the best hotel company in our category of 500 to 5,000 employees.
Catalonia Hotels & Resorts has been 8 consecutive years ranking in the 100 Best Companies to Work for in Mexico. In 2016 Catalonia Hotels & Resorts was already ranked # 12 in Mexico and ranked # 22 of the Best Companies to Work for in Latin America. For this reason, we can now say that this is the best position obtained so far by our company, Catalonia Hotels & Resorts, which groups the 5 hotels with three resorts in the Riviera Maya, Mexico.
The Great Place to Work® Mexico Institute organized the photography contest “Apuesta por México”, in which we participated by showing our proud partners of our company, framed by the beauty of the Mexican Caribbean.
35 photos participated and more than 3,000 likes, Catalonia Hotels & Resorts was proud of the 2 place, so we want to thank all the collaborators, family, guests and friends who favored us with their support giving like to our photography.
